My vehicle was stolen this morning, and I was obviously overwhelmed and stressed with everything from how I was going to get to work and get the kids to school to finding my car, but he immediately stepped in and handled EVERYTHING for me. Within an hour, he had me in a rental car and had already started coordinating getting my vehicle into the body shop without me having to call around and wait.

He made what could have been an absolute nightmare feel completely smooth and seamless. He was responsive, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or figure things out on my own. When I say he handled it all I truly mean he handled it ALL.
Marcus even answered all of my questions and repeat questions to make sure I truly understand.
He never made me feel dumb, or less, or bad about the situation.
